Final/Rough Cleaning Process
It is our pleasure to price your construction clean-up project by the square foot or by the job.
Here are three phases of a complete construction cleanup. 4 Corners Clean-up and Removal can help with any phase of the construction clean-up process
Rough Clean
This consists of the removal of large debris and trash. All stickers will be removed from windows and the unit will be swept out. This will help prepare for the incoming painting, flooring, fixtures and cabinetry subcontractors.
Prep Clean
This phase will consist of a detailed cleaning of the kitchen and restrooms to include: sinks, toilets, bathtubs, countertops and cabinets. This also includes the removal of all stickers remaining on the appliances, fixtures, cabinets and windows. All remaining baseboards, light fixtures, door frames, interior windows, window ledges, mirrors will be cleaned and the floors will be vacuumed and mopped.
Final Clean
All touch ups will be addressed and everything will be considered move-in ready. The process will be considered complete once the garage is swept, carpet vacuumed, floors mopped and any dust remaining will be cleaned. Once approved, the site will be considered complete.
